Simple River Cabin "Fish Camp" overlooks Withlacoochee River on 1 acre, 2 BD/1BTH, big deck, w & d, lots of peace & quiet, just birds, trees, deer & lots of woods. The river is clear with rapids over the rocks. Shallow shoal out front in middle of the river is just right for snorkeling. Great fishing off the banks. Located about 12 miles E of Madison. Very close to Ellaville & Suwannee River. On stilts. House went through 2009 flood & carpet was removed from home, the floors are exposed plywood. Nothing fancy here, very plain cabin but river & woodlands more than makes up for any shortcomings based on rough nature of cabin. Absolutely a slice of Heaven on Earth. No pets. Insurance prohibits killer breed dogs. The cabin is located 25 ft. inside Hamilton County overlooking the State Forest & Withlacoochee River. Roads subject to flooding.
