This unit includes the following amenities: - Furnishings: * Large desk and chair * Queen bed and memory foam mattress * Microwave and mini-fridge (not pictured, to be provided prior to move-in) * In-unit washer/dryer (shared with landlord) * Individually controlled heating in bed, bath, and corridor - Street parking available (zone permit needed) - You'll have the first floor to yourself; however, this does NOT include access to other floors (i.e. no access to kitchen/living room) - Small crawl space for additional storage - Looking for someone who is responsible and clean, ideally a college student or a young professional who doesn't need to cook - No smoking/drugs - Month-to-month lease or fixed term of any duration available, although longer leases will be preferred - Very walkable, bikeable area with good bus options - Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store within minutes of walking - 25 minutes to downtown by bus - 25 minutes to UW by bus - We have a cute, friendly cat who will stay on the other floors (but you're welcome to play with him if you want!)
