There is a large finished dormer upstairs big enough for two beds and dressers, etc. There is a small enclosed porch at the rear of the home along with a one car garage and a yard that only lacks a gate to be fully fenced. There is also a second toilet and shower in the basement. The rent is $1200.00/month plus $75.00/month for water, garbage and sewer, Applicants must fill out a credit and criminal background check with acceptable scores prior to our entering into a lease agreement.
