Ample storage space with attached 2-car garage and huge closets in each room (2 with walk-in closets), low-maintenance mostly hardscaped backyard with space to plant herbs and/or veggies if you want. Sorry no pets. Our home is Furnished (although it can come semi or unfurnished depending on your needs). We prefer a minimum 3 months lease or longer, (although we can be flexible and do a minimum of 30 days since we realize folks have up-in-the air work/life situations these days like we do).
