When lease is completed organize carpet cleaning for private room. Will need to show proof that renter can afford the rent ($1250 a month). There is a second story that will also be listed, (two bedrooms private bath) which could mean up to four people on the property. The single garage space comes with this rental and can be used however as long as it does not exceed the space. Guests are welcome at any time but are not permitted to stay past two nights. Shared spaces should be kept clean. There are already cutlery, tableware, and cookware in the kitchen and are free to use but must be replaced if broken. Pets are welcome. If the pet stains or causes damage to the house that will need to be remedied by the end of the agreement. I don't mind some noise but after 10 P.M. please try and be conscientious to others in the home. Security Deposit should cover professional cleaning of the private room rented/leased.
