Property is FULLY FURNISHED - MOVE IN READY Monthly cleaning and inspection are required. Technology Requirements- Must be able to download the RentRedi app. Used by tenants to pay rent, put in maintenance requests, etc. All interested parties must fill out an application. $49 per adult. Some main requirements: Clean, Responsible tenants who pay their rent on time are welcome to apply. Favorable credit history, background, and rental history. Must be currently employed and have verifiable income equal to or above three times on month's rent. NO EXCEPTIONS. The lease is month-to-month with a 30-day notice. Limited parking spaces are available. Fully furnished all all-inclusive package. Parking in the garage and driveway only. No street parking. If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Trash cans are stored inside the garage except for the night before trash day. If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Both trash cans (if applicable) must be put out every week. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Homes are equipped with recreational smoking devices that will be sent to the property manager. No unapproved pets at any time (not even for a visit). This is an HOA, please respect all community guidelines. Smoking outside in the designated area on the back porch only. Butts are to be disposed of in the designated can/container only and then disposed of before checking out of the property. Cable TV is not available. There is a smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick. You can watch Netflix, purchase movies from your Amazon account, or log in to your cable provider to stream certain channels that you have access available. Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after your departure. TEXT for fastest response.
