Security cameras monitor the exterior (driveway, porch, lawn, backyard) but never inside. Parents: please supervise children at all times (stairs, fireplaces, and outdoor spaces). Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for the HVAC room located in the garage, which is reserved for maintenance only. Other things to note House Notes & Rules Laundry/Game Room The laundry room door stays open permanently it's also our game room. Please don't try to close it or request it to be closed. It's wedged open with the rug for a reason. Noise From nightfall until morning, please keep noise to a minimum, no loud music in the driveway, cars, or on the deck. Even during the day, play music respectfully so it doesn't disturb the neighborhood. Neighbors Please don't approach neighbors for any reason. In an emergency, call 911 not them. For all questions, contact me directly. I'm always available by call or text. Don't park in or block their driveways, and don't throw trash in their yards. This keeps my rates affordable, protects my listing, and maintains peace with neighbors. Damage, Smoking & Parties Absolutely no parties or events. If you're planning a party, this is not the place to book. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash on the deck or yard. Any damage, stolen items, or smoking indoors will result in a fee. All specially designed cutlery is counted please don't remove it. Comfort & Extras Comforters are available in the living room for extra warmth indoors. Please leave them behind after use. This is a short term rental. Home is fully furnished and includes utilities. This is a perfect stay for short term guests especially those between homes or traveling for work or vacation who desire monthly stays without the hassle of signing a long lease.
