I have a furnished all bills paid house available 06/17/2020. It is 5-10 min away from Baptist and Deaconess Hospitals, 15-20 min away from the airport, and 30 min away from Tinker. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 car garage. It has a big backyard and pets are allowed on a case by case basis. They are required to be crated when you are not home with them. There is a 150 per pet deposit plus $25 pet rent per month per pet. The house has everything you need dishes, pots, pans, towels, washer and dryer. There is also wifi and cable. The house is very clean and has been recently remodeled. A background check will need to be completed on each adult unless you are military or FAA (copy of badge required). It is $40 per person. A $400 security deposit is required and will be refunded if everything is left in good shape. There is also a $100 cleaning fee that is required up front. The rent will vary depending on how long you stay. Weekly is $450. Monthly is $1500.
