Looking for someone to take over the lease of a 2 bed 1 bath apartment $875/month from 12/1/20-3/2/21. when that lease ends you will then then have the option of signing a new rental agreement with the rental company. We have already paid the $1,200 security deposit and are willing to forfit that money to whoever takes over the monthly $875 rent responsibilities starting as soon as possible. The apartment is in great condition so you should receive most of that $1200 security deposit. In order to take over the apartment you will have to go through a approval process with the rental company (Entwood property management) that will cost $30 per person. If you do not move in the application fee will be refunded. I you do end up moving in there is a $250 office fee to get the lease transferred into your name. Owner pays water. Renter pays gas and electric.
