It should be noted that the issues concentrated on Hastings Street are considerably distant from our current location. The building is situated next to social housing designated for low-income individuals. Although the vicinity is not inherently hazardous, there is visible substance use in the adjacent park and at the end of the nearby alleyway. Such sights may be discerning for those unacquainted with these scenarios. If this is a concern or if the area is too active for your liking, alternative locations may be more suitable.
