It is in a great location for med students/residents etc. It has a great garden with patio furniture that you have the use of. The kitchen is a good size and there is a washer and dryer on site. It has a decorative and functional gas stove that makes the place very cozy in the winter months. It is street parking only, but you will be able to get a parking permit for the area. The rent is $1,350 per month, plus utilities (gas, electric and wifi) It is unfurnished at present, but I would consider furnishing it, depending on the situation.
