My home is charming. . Front porch swing I utilize from a April to November 1st. Even though the basement is not finished it's pretty darn nice. I'm throwing in a $2000 brand new sectional in the basement which makes it very cozy. Mount your flat screen and the kids can do their xbox while dad is doing the laundry! I was going to add a toilet in the basement but instead a week ago added a brand new Lennox furnace. $5000, done! Fantastic neighborhood. Beautiful deck in the back. Summers are a joy. Double garage w. Room for a basketball game. New kitchen 6 years ago!
