Home is fully furnished and rent includes all utilities. The large primary bedroom will give plenty of private space and a luxury soaking tub will melt your stress away. ALL utilities included (up to $200 electric but normal is $10-$50, gas, water, trash, internet). One car garage and two-wide driveway, plus street parking. Lawn maintenance included. $2500 security deposit is all refundable. $250 cleaning fee. Pets are allowed with prior approval, $1000 refundable pet deposit, and additional $50 cleaning fee. The back yard is fully fenced, but dogs are not allowed to stay kenneled outside. Maximum 2 pets.
