Newly remodeled home on the Boise Bench in a quiet neighborhood with open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Private backyard with extra storage shed that could be used as home office, workout room, craft room, he/she shed, the possibilities are endless. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub is on the opposite side of the home from the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom. Washer and dryer are provided. Single parking spot in front of home and additional room on street in front of home. Home is close to downtown (3 miles), Boise State University (2 miles), and the Airport (2.5 miles). There are plenty of local restaurants, shops, and stores within a 1 mile radius. Pets are negotiable (I need to know what kind of pet, breed, and history) with a refundable $400 pet deposit. This home can come fully furnished or empty, renter can specify; that includes the patio furniture. Utilities and internet are not included but can be for an additional $450. No smoking or vaping inside the home, if you choose to smoke outside, please close all windows and doors before doing so. No parties or large events. I am open to 6 and 9 month shorter term leases but prefer 12 month leases with the possibility of renewing. I do require a walk through before we sign a lease agreement and after the agreement ends to address damages, concerning areas, etc. if you are interested in renewing your lease agreement, we can move forward after the walk through. The front yard is xeriscaped, the backyard needs to be mowed in the summer. We can discuss yard maintenance as I do have a lawn mower on site. Furnace filters need to be changed every 6 months, renter would be responsible for this maintenance. I have a pest control technician that comes every quarter, all he will need is backyard access, I will contact renter before every session.
