The 3rd floor has a full bath with a tub/shower as well as the laundry room. The 2nd floor has a 1/2 bath and the 1st floor has a 3/4 bath with a shower. There is also a single car garage, a fenced patio, a large kitchen, a large laundry room and a walk-in closet in master bedroom. Sorry, the posted photos are outdated. We have installed new Quartz countertops, a new stainless steel sink in the kitchen and three new sinks and faucets in the bathrooms. All kitchen appliances will be stainless steel.
