Think of it like an apartment building with only 4 units, but with the privacy of a private home! This apartment is on the bottom floor with a large private patio. New windows and doors and new flooring throughout all in the last year. Rent is $900 per month and is due on the first of each month. This flat rate includes electric, water, sewer and garbage. A security deposit of equal to one month's rent, $200 of which is non refundable for cleaning fees, is due at the signing of the lease. We welcome pets but do require an additional security deposit and additional monthly rent. There are a few aggressive breeds/types of pets that we cannot accept.
