Two other roommates and I are currently looking for a fourth person to live with. We have one room available, but I am open to renting my room instead if this works better for you. My room is the smallest and would be $800 plus utilities which are usually around $130. The bathroom would be shared by you and one other person. We also have a private basement room available for $980 with your own bathroom and a private entrance and storage area if you can pay a little more and are looking for a larger and more private space. The house is in Glover Park two blocks from Wisconsin Avenue. Easy access to Whole Foods, Safeway, restaurants, bars, CVS, liquor store, etc. There are also multiple bus stops all within a few blocks of the house that can get you anywhere in the city. The house includes a fully furnished living room, dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher, front porch, backyard, and a one-car garage. About us: We are three guys in our mid-20's. We all work 9-5 Monday-Friday, so the house stays pretty quiet during the week. We all get along and keep the place clean, so we are looking for someone who likes a similar living environment. During the weekend, we do like to go out and sometimes have guests over, but nothing over the top. We all have girlfriends, so there are some weekends where most of us are not home or out of town. We are fine with living with a girl or guy. The last roommate was a girl and we all got along very well. If you are a girl, the basement might work best if you would like a lot of privacy.
