Must be able to help around the place when needed( not much)and watch dogs and horses 4-5 weeks a year,horses occasional weekends. while we are out of town. Must have some horse handling experience and be able to drive tractor to put hay out. YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR CHORES No minors please due to horse liability Well behaved dog welcome(please no pit bulls or cats) Electric on separate meter you pay. Well Water Will consider one horse stall rental.
