The apartment is on the second floor of a large house in East Washington. There are four apartments in the house, with two on each floor. We have completely remodeled the interior. Clean with a large living room. The walls are a foot thick, making it quiet on the inside. The total rent is $775, $625 for rent and $150 for utilities electric, gas, water, sewage and garbage. I pay the utilities with the $150 dollars. You don't need to switch utilities into your name, pay a transfer charge or budget for the monthly cost of utilities. I take care of it. The deposit is $775. Limit 2 people due to single bedroom and township regulations. Absolutely NO pets allowed. Parking is on the street only. The property is on the corner, so there is plenty of parking. Coin laundry machines are on site. There is a onetime $30 lease application fee that is required for a background check. The result of the background check is available to the applicant. My decision is based on the results of the background check and given to the first person or couple that is given a green light by the background service. Disputed results are between applicant and background service. The applicant enters the information into the service and we both get the results. This is to protect all parties including my tenants. living room is 15 x 17 bedroom is 15 x 12 kitchen is 6 x 20 bathroom is 5 x 8 Total size with closets is around 675 square feet plus private stairwell. I have renovated the apartment with new windows doors appliances new furnace and air conditioning. The apartment is at the corner of North Wade Ave and East Beau Street in Washington, PA. Less than a half mile from downtown and less than a mile from Walmart Sam's club Home Depot Lowes and many restaurants. Also, the bus stop is across the street and less than a mile from Interstate 70 and a park and ride. This is a great location. A small park is across the street and a great neighborhood for walkers. Tenant pays the owner an additional $150 per month for utility payment. Utilities paid from this are: electric, gas, water, sewage and garbage. You will not need to switch utilities into your name, pay a transfer fee or budget for utilities, it's included. The lease is 1 year. A six-month lease is available at $950 per month, including utilities. Security deposit is $775 and is refundable at moving out after inspection. Refund if the apartment is in the same condition as when rented minus normal wear and tear.
