The tenant(s) will be able to rent out 1 of the 4 bedrooms in the home. This is a single level home with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! You will have your own bedroom, closet, and a full shared bathroom. You will also have access to a shared dock right on Lake Glenville to use during the Summer. You also have access to the common space, which comes fully furnished. You will need to furnish your own room, as we do not provide that for you. The tenant(s) will sign a Room Rental Agreement prior to moving in. This is a requirement for all tenants who live on the property. Rent will be $650/mo for the first year. Once you have been with us for the year we can reevaluate the rent upon renewal of Room Rental Agreement. This is up to the homeowners discretion.
