Willing to consider a well-behaved dog, and horse boarding also a possibility. One year lease available, minimum of 6 month lease required. No cats. No smoking. Water and wireless internet provided by owner; tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Note: The cottage is attached to the main house via a little-used back hallway, but is otherwise entirely separate. Though the cottage has a second floor (unfinished), the rental only includes the first floor.
