Close to many retail outlets consisting of Target, Walmart and Wegmans. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Subleasing the apartment due to a job transfer to a different city. Sublease will only be until December 1st but if you enjoy the apartment you may sign your own lease at that time for a year.
