There are white blinds provided at every window for you, if you want curtains they must be approved. No-Section-8. No Pets/No Smoking or Vaping devices of any kind allowed anywhere on the property, including parking lot/sidewalks. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for each person 18 or older, this covers credit and criminal background check.
