A beautiful apartment. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two floors, two balconies. Gym, pool, and laundry in building. Gorgeous view of the Hudson River. Spacious and under market value - no broker fee. My kids have recently moved out for college/work and it's just too big of an apartment for me alone. I am SO sad to leave. It has been home for over a decade. I hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have!
