Very comfortable. Room to add on an addition if you wish. Wooded lot, great community and wonderful neighbors. Large rooms. I use one room as a craft room. Very close to Longneck elementary school. There is also a gas fireplace which I used for secondary heating if power was out. Also a whole house water filtration system-Not currently hooked up. New roof, new windows, master bath remodeled. Its just a nice home.
