The apartment is one bedroom. And only for female roommates. There are two girls who live in the living room and we have one bedroom available for renting. The apartments are pretty clean and nice. The rent if you want the entire room to yourself would be $1000 but if u wish to share it with someone then it would be $500. The renting is available only for two months that is June and July. The security deposit will be $500. The rent includes utilities like water, heat, A.C, sewage and gas. The electricity and wifi will be extra but every month the total cost of electricity and Internet would be around $30. The kitchen has refrigerator, oven and microwave. The apartments are 5-10 min walk from the T-station. It is located by the ocean and is a beautiful and safe community. The community also has its own market place.
