Close to art galleries and hiking and close to all major towns in the Catskills. Cottage is convenient for commuting to NYC over the GWB. The property is a modern, tastefully decorated cottage. The upstairs bedroom has a closet and dresser with a Queen size bed. Open space with living room with a pull-out sofa, dining table-chairs, and kitchen. Located adjacent to the main house with private entrance and use of driveway for parking. I live on site. You are responsible for payment of utilities (electricity, propane and water). Electricity has meter for measure and water cost based on 50% of water bill. Internet possibility to install your own or share 50% cost of main bill. Cottage is furnished, the Security deposit will be withheld if there is damage beyond wear-and-tear from use, including paint. Linens and dishes are renter's responsibility. No pets, smoking, drinking, parties/multiple guests on recurring basis are allowed in the cottage. Driveway is available for one car. Deposit is due at lease signing and first month's rent due at at taking possession of the apartment. Proof of income/identification + background check are required, as well as credit report.
