Mid century modern house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright student Aaron Resnick. As part of the Usonia Homes development the plans for the house were approved by Frank Lloyd Wright. The house has been thoughtfully and carefully refurbished and updated with attention to the original built-in furniture, cypress and brick walls. All the bathrooms and the kitchen have been remodeled and updated. 2004 addition added a Master Suite and 2012 remodel of former enclosed carport/bedroom yielded a new family room, home office and storage area.
