The cottage features a divan couch in front of a big screen TV, a table with seating for four, and new central AC and heat with mini splits. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and gas stove with oven. Relax on the private deck, sheltered on two sides by the cottage, or unwind in the full bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, and hair dryer. The private bedroom offers a queen bed, sliding glass doors to the deck, bedside tables with lamps, a closet, bureau, and flat screen TV. Off-street parking for up to two cars is included in the rental rate. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis during the off-season for extended stays, with additional fees applicable. Guests must provide details about their pets, and pets left alone must be crated. During peak season, no pets are allowed. Salisbury Beach is a vibrant area included in the Boston Mamas' 10 Most Awesome Boston-Area Beaches. Enjoy strolling, surfing, and sunning, as well as music and shows at Salisbury Beach Stage and Blue Ocean Music Hall. The area also offers a carousel and amusement park, biking trails, dinner cruises, fishing, whale watching, nature walks, and historical sites like the Lowell Ship Building Museum and Newburyport Maritime Museum. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, which are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts the ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. Guests enter Love Shack from the front door, and the property is considered mobility friendly with one-floor living, few stairs to enter, and easy access bathing options.
