The kitchen just had some handles installed, very nice porch in the back that can double as and entrance/ exit. Very nice area, not too much noise, extremely safe and 5 minutes away from the main roads & highway. The way we like to do our payments is with bills included, the 1,500 would pay for said bills. Easier to do a 1-time payment, however if you would like to incorporate bills into payment, we have a 1/3 rule. You would pay for a third of all bills (house has 3 floors, this renting is for the first floor).
