The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, and the outdoor space features a charcoal grill and an outside shower, enhancing your stay with comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy a temporary club membership for $200 a day, granting access to the community pools at the Beach Club and dining options. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two cars and one golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, and additional services include beach chair, umbrella, bicycle, and kayak rentals, as well as grocery delivery and babysitting arrangements.
