After a day at the beach, relax in one of the comfortable bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with coastal accents. The Master bedroom has its own private balcony. Outside, there is a spacious deck along the perimeter with plenty of seating, BBQ grills, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making smores under the starry skies. There is a second master bedroom with a king size bed on the first floor, with a private entrance and deck. Amenities include built-in furniture, a sauna, a gym, a meditation room/pilates studio, a sunroom, sleeping 16+, plenty of parking available on site, and two elevated private outdoor balconies. The rustic charm of this location is a half-mile to Gooch's Beach or anywhere in the "Port", Dock Square, or Lower Village. You have access to everything from this location. By Land or Sea, Walk or Drive! Tidal River: you have water access from your property, which means you can launch a kayak at certain tide levels. The water is accessible each day approximately 2 hours on either side of high tide, giving you a 4 hour window for water excursions. From the cove, you can access the Kennebunk River or head towards the open ocean. Kayaks, surf boards, Stand-up paddle boards and bicycles can be rented locally and delivered to the house. If you fancy surfing, Gooch's Beach has some of the best waves in Coastal Southern Maine. Surfboards can also be rented and delivered to the house locally. You can drive to and park in available parking spots along the stretch of Kennebunk beaches with beach passes you will receive with rental. Lifeguards are on duty at Gooch's Beach from mid June through Early September. Mother's Beach is equipped with an ADA compliant woven polyester mat, allowing for access from parking areas to the beach for individuals with mobility challenges. A beach wheelchair is also available for rent through the Parks and Recreation department. Gooch's Beach is a perfect place for a walk or a run. Play in the surf while sunning yourself or build sandcastles with the kids. It is a wide sandy beach connected to a string of beaches, some rocky, some sandy accompanied by a sidewalk. Rental Payment Terms: The monthly rental payment requires a 50% non refundable deposit to reserve the property. The remaining balance is due prior to check-in. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and Check-out is at 12 noon. Utilities Included: Electricity, heat, water, and internet connection are included. Pet Policy: The property is pet-friendly, with a limit of two dogs. Pets must be pre-approved. Dogs are welcome, but they must be leashed at all times when outside the house. No cats are allowed. A refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet is required to cover potential damages during the stay. Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the house. Trash Collection: Tenants are responsible for placing all trash in designated bins located outside near the lower west deck. Trash must be placed in the black bin for disposal, while recyclables should be separated and placed in the two bins with green covers. All bins must be placed at the beginning of the road every Monday morning for scheduled trash removal. Trash removal is normally done by 7am. Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning will be provided biweekly during the stay. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $450 is required. Gym Equipment: Gym equipment is provided for tenant use. Tenants assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the gym equipment. Televisions: Televisions are provided throughout the house for tenant use.
