It has 2 high windows that can be tricky to put most normal window ACs but I can sell mine which is perfect for it. There is coin laundry in the basement and off the street parking around the house. Living space and kitchen are shared with up to 6 other roommates. Right now we have 4 rooms available, we're having the biggest roommate turnover we ever had, people don't usually leave this house since it's such a rare find, but the ones currently leaving are because 2 became unemployed and 2 others need to move out of country. Hoping to connect with respectful and responsible roommates, who are friendly but respectful of others privacy and boundaries, non-smokers and no pets, no couples or people with kids, and none of these requirements are negotiable.
