    Attractively priced wooded acreage with multiple uses, positioned not far from desirable downtown Lansing and also Pond Mountain Recreation Area. Long road frontage on John Alley Road. Game abounds on this low lying land. Access through an existing network of old logging roads that wind throughout property. Multiple springs and small branches either arise on or run through the land, enhancing the habitat. Power line easement runs along John Alley Road and crosses property on lower end. This land was timbered in 2002-03 but is now growing back in semi-mature hardwoods. Steep banks fall off of John Alley Road for most of the road frontage, but interior logging roads provide ATV access. Possible long range views from higher elevation at the back edges of the property. Acreage is established by Thomas Herman survey completed in November 2002 but not recorded. Survey and aerial tax map attached in Listing Documents. Buyer would be responsible for obtaining new survey if desired.
