Hawthorne House is a historic turn-of-the-century building, with modern amenities and updates but old-fashioned charm. This location is close to several parks, restaurants, charming local businesses, and historic architecture. Bus to the University of Utah, Research Park or University Medical Center in 12-minutes. This neighborhood is considered one of the most walk-able areas in the city. We are a quiet building, full of friendly people and great neighbors. Our apartment complex observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. CRIMINAL HISTORY - Your application will be denied if you have a criminal history that would be considered a threat to the rental property, neighbors, and/or the manufacturing of controlled substances.
