Lovely home, described as a "french" cape when I bought it. I would say it is of an arts & craft design. The rooms are large, even the bedrooms , with large closets. There is an attached room off the living room, with french doors ,that would be perfect for a home office. I absolutely love the entry foyer..the stairway is in the middle of the home, but deep into the foyer. It also has an entry breeze with french doors. Neighborhood Description the house is located on Copeland St, which is heavily travelled during commuter hours. It is located approx 2 miles from the highway to Boston.(RT 24) It is a 1 mile walk to the commuter rail to Boston. Great neighbors, well kept property, mind their own business, but are there if you need them. There are sidewalks for miles, so it is a walking neighborhood. The Brockton Country Club is a neighbor and you can hear the golfers hit the balls ..peaceful.
