With beautiful views of Penobscot bay, a close proximity to downtown Camden (2 miles) and Camden hills state park with its extensive trail system (1/4 miles), it is perfect vacation spot. The house has ocean views from all rooms. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, two en-suite bathrooms with showers are located on the second floor. The house comes fully furnished. Downstairs features a living room with a sofa and a 55" TV, a dining set, a desk and a kitchenette with a full size fridge, DW, two burner induction cooktop and a counter compact oven. AC window units in each bedroom and the main room downstairs in the summer months. The carriage house is attached to the main house by a breezeway but has a separate entrance with parking for two cars right in front. Available for a three month lease March to June - $3000 monthly, plus $1500 security deposit and a one time cleaning fee $250. All expenses are included in the the rent: heat, electricity, lawn mowing and snow and trash removal.
