INCOME REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must provide evidence of their source of income, which could include two most recent pay stubs, social security benefits, child support or alimony evidence. Combined income equal approximately three times the amount of the monthly rent. We require two (2) months worth of pay stubs in addition to employment verification from your employer. Self Employed? We do require 2 years of tax returns, and 6 months of bank statements to verify income. CREDIT HISTORY: We require a minimum 680 (for all applicants, not limited to one) credit score.
