Renter is Responsible for both Electricity and Propane. No Smoking and No Pets(Due to damage and smell). No Painting without permission and Pay for all damage tenant or guests have caused. Keep yard clean, No Vehicle Storage, Trailer Storage or Temporary Storage. No other persons may occupy the rental without the owners written permission. No Bonfires, Loud Disturbances or Big Party's Outside the Rental (Small Bonfires are fine).
