One bedrooms is a master, and the other two are set up for children or non-couple sleeping, as one has 2 twin beds and one has a bunk style bed set up. (If needed, we could swap out the bunk beds with a queen sized bed.) The kitchen is fully stocked. The windows have been updated with double-pane ones that block the noise from outside. The house comes with a table tennis table, 2 bikes, a propane fueled BBQ, and there are TVs in every room. There are 2 desks in the living rooms and a desk in one of the bedrooms. There's also a TV in one of the bedrooms that gets lots of channels for free! Large backyard, with a lawn care team that mows it twice a month for extra charge. Pet deposit: $250 per pet Minimum 1 year lease. There is a garage for parking, as well as TWO driveways. Tenants pay all utilities. Lawn care service optional, if requested, and the tenant pays for it. We have a company set up if needed, or you can do it yourself. Pets allowed, with deposit ($350).
