Is this house ever ready!! The roof was done in 2004; the AC, refrigerator, window film, and insulation in 2009; the pool pump motor was replaced in 2012 when it was also acid washed and the pool screen cage top replaced; and in 2013 the septic was pumped along with replacing the pool filter, the roof ridge vents, the fascia board above the pool and 2 feet of the roof, the water softner equipment and the kitchen faucet and plumbing. With no neighbors across the street, the fence and foliage in the back yard, and on a quiet road in South Venice this house is the epitome of serenity. This house will not last long!!!
