New paint, freshly cleaned carpeting, newer appliances (gas stove), new flooring, lots of closet space, and your new pad even has its own forced-air heating and hot water heater. No more getting up at 4am in order to take a hot shower! No more banging on the "radiator pipes" when you're cold! We are a quiet community, we choose to do our noisy socializing at one of the local venues. That means you don't have to listen to some stupid party all night (that you weren't even invited to).
