    Two-bedroom, one-bathroom for rent in the country! Please read all of the information below carefully before requesting an application or a showing. Rent: $1,000/month + utilities Available for rent is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex (very minimal shared wall space with the residents on the other side). Approximately 8 miles northeast of downtown Ellensburg. The unit is approximately 750 square feet. Full kitchen, full sized bathroom, and full sized washer and dryer. Also includes a one-car garage with an attached storage area. There is a shed available for storage as well, if needed. The large yard space is NOT fenced, but is mostly separate from the other resident's space. Resident is responsible for all electric and garbage service (or garbage can be hauled off, but MUST be done so every week without exception). Resident is also responsible for all yard work in a defined space this includes mowing regularly (you will need a mower), weeding or spraying weeds as needed, raking and disposing of leaves and generally keeping the space in excellent condition. Please also note that we (your landlords) live directly next door. We will always respect your space and privacy and expect the same from you. We do have dogs, cats and kids though and all are outside a lot of time if you are looking for a totally silent and entirely undisturbed space, this may not be for you. We would like to find a long-term tenant who is friendly, fairly quiet, respectful, tidy and doesn't mind helping to keep the property in excellent condition. Rental requirements are as follows: - Clear background check is an absolute must. - Excellent references from previous TWO landlords (if you do not have prior rental history, let's discuss). - Excellent payment history with prior landlords. - Currently employed and with current employer for at least six months. - Monthly gross income at least 3x rent proof of income required. - Credit score of at least 600. - This is a NO PETS unit. No exceptions. - No smoking anywhere on the property. - Lease is month-to-month only. Long term tenancy welcome, but not required.
