All rooms are reaaly really big.There are 30 to 40 fast food places,restaurants in less than 2 miles.There is most of the stuff which you need you can buy in less than 2 miles. highway 400 is less than 4 miles .it is the main unit(I will also be renting in law suite too which is 1 bd,1 bath and a separate kitchen which will come with separate a/c,heater, dishwasher, fridge, washer dryer. I am planning to finish the basement and rent it out at later date all units would have separate private entrances,kitchens and a/c and heat units) which I am renting it has 2 separate entrance,has its own a/c and heater.it has vinyl flooring in kitchen.high cealing.double paned windows.has a nice and large patio.it comes with stove,washer,dryer,dishwasher,refrigerator and large storage space at the back.I can do 1 year lease and after 1 year we can month to month with just 30$ extra charge.utilities I will be paying but I will split between 2 and collect it in 15 days.there is a home 100 feet away and big community 300 feet away owner pays for the trash ,water,electricity but renter has to pay the split amount between main unit and inlaw unit.the 1 bed room 1 bath is the in law unit. 2 bed room 2 bath is the main unit
1 month deposit ,1 month rent advance(utilities are paid by the tenant is split between in law suite and main unit)
