This was originally built as a small cabin on stilts. It has been added onto and now has log siding on it to make it look like a log cabin. There is no interior access to the building. It has been examined by 2 mold certified inspectors. It has black mold on the outside of the building, inside the building, and underneath the structure. The well is dead as well as the septic system. See attached documents re: mold. Access is down 2 dirt roads owned by neighbor.
