My average winter heating bill is 250.00 $, (unused rooms set at 60 degrees), and my average summer cooling bill is between 200.00 and 250.00 $. The master bedroom and bath have never been lived in. The house has been kept like new. The garage has 10 ft. ceilings and is insulated and finished. The garage door is 8 ft. high and is insulated. I have a unique green house, fenced in garden area, fenced in backyard, some fruit trees and grape vines, with a sprinkler system. The lot is just under a quarter acre. The house has 9 ft. ceilings through out.
