If your looking for a really nice place in a safe area this is it. The last tenant lived here for 13 years and raised all her children. Unfortunate she became ill and now resides in a assisted living facility. The house is all one floor and perfect for the person who doesn't enjoy steps. There is a yard that is fenced and a deck for entertainment. A parking lot for several cars. It is set as a 3 bedroom house, but I feel it works better as a 2 bedroom and a den/office. It is nice and cosy and super clean. Look at the pictures and you decide. The kitchen is beautiful. All new cabinets and countertops, and a $2000 Kitchen Aid fridge as well. A new floor in the the huge Laundry room. I am not slumlord, as I like my properties kept nicely. All the windows have been replaced and the carpet. Its been paint throughout. I recently updated the plumbing and installed new heating as well. New faucets and sink, toilets, vanity ect..There are no issues with this place. This would be the perfect starter home for a small family or a single mother with children. It is very safe, not a bad area. The neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly. You have your own private parking lot. What else could you ask for? And it is attractive. If your looking for a nice place to live, and you are a decent person, then you will love this place.
