There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each pet, pets are approved on a case by case basis. Water, Wi-Fi and garbage are included in your monthly rental rate. Tenants pay for power. The lease term will be for 12 months. Please no smoking inside the building. We have requests forms for maintenance but tenants are expected to change their own lightbulbs, air filters and to keep their units in good order. Trash is expected to be thrown out in the correct location and not be left inside or outside of the building.
