I have a brand new 2BR/2BA apartment about 10 minutes from UNC, and I'm looking for a roommate! The apartment has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, an in-unit washer and dryer, and walk-in closets. The community also has a fitness center and a pool. The rent is $650/month. The apartment is a quick 10 minute drive to Franklin Street and there is a Triangle Transit bus line within the community which runs to Franklin Street, campus, the Dental School, the Medical Center etc., in case you do not have a car. The bus ride from the apartment to Chapel Hill takes about 20 minutes. A little about myself: I'm recent graduate back to the Triangle for work. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I would be maintaining a fairly regular 8 am - 5 pm work schedule. My main hobbies are reading, creative writing, and cooking.
