House is being painted outside. Garage to be painted and new doors installed. Old fence to be removed. A certain number of trees will be cut down. Renter to pay for garbage pickup, water, gas and electric. Security deposit is 2 months rent. Deposit is due when signing the lease , but if not possible then I accept one month deposit at the signing of the lease and the second month deposit can be paid in 3 or 4 monthly installments.
